IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU

You’re in the right place if…

• You’re pregnant, postpartum, or recovering after pregnancy loss and unsure how to move your body safely
• You feel nervous returning to exercise and don’t want to make things worse
• You’ve been dismissed, rushed, or told your symptoms are “normal”
• You have hypermobility or Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and need informed, joint-protective care
• You want care that listens first and adapts to your needs—not a generic protocol

Care that listens first

Many clients come to me after feeling unheard in traditional healthcare settings. Here, your concerns are taken seriously. Pain is not minimized. Symptoms are not brushed aside.

Every session is collaborative and individualized. Care is adjusted in real time based on how your body is responding, with consent and comfort guiding the pace.

How sessions are offered

Clients can work with me:

• In person in a private Redmond studio
• Virtually through live one-on-one sessions
• Or through a hybrid approach combining both

In-person care allows for hands-on assessment, movement analysis, and guided strength work. Virtual sessions provide flexibility, continuity, and access without sacrificing connection or individualized attention.

Both options are integral parts of the practice.
