Trying to Conceive & Fertility Support
Whether you’re just starting to try or navigating infertility, I offer guidance to support hormone health, regulate cycles, and reduce stress through movement, breathwork, and pelvic floor awareness.

Pregnancy
As your body changes, I help you move safely and feel strong. I support common symptoms like low back pain, pelvic pressure, leaking, and sciatica—so you can stay active and confident throughout pregnancy.

Birth Preparation
Learn how to connect with your pelvic floor, prepare for labor positions, practice perineal massage, and feel confident in your ability to birth. I also help with questions to ask your provider and pushing strategies.

Postpartum Recovery
Postpartum isn’t just the first 6 weeks—it’s a long-term journey. I can help with core and pelvic floor rehab, diastasis recti, leaking, pain with sex, scar tissue recovery (vaginal or c-section), and returning to exercise.

Recovery After Miscarriage, Pregnancy Loss, or Infant Loss
Healing after loss is both physical and emotional. I offer gentle movement and pelvic floor care to support your body in recovery, while creating space for you to process and rebuild strength at your own pace.

Pelvic Pain
I treat pain in the pelvis, hips, tailbone, vagina, vulva, rectum, bladder, and abdomen through hands-on techniques, posture adjustments, breathwork, and strengthening.

Incontinence & Bladder/Bowel Changes
Whether you’re leaking, rushing to the bathroom, or struggling with pooping, I’ll help you retrain your pelvic floor and nervous system to support better bladder and bowel function.

We’ll work on relaxing the pelvic floor, improving coordination, and using positions and habits that make going easier and less painful.

If you’re experiencing pressure, heaviness, or bulging, I’ll help you manage symptoms with posture, breathing, strength, and pressure strategies—whether you're avoiding or recovering from surgery.
